I have noticed that while using the FlightFX Citation X, some third-party scenery may cause issues such as missing arrivals and approaches. After discussing this with the FlightFX support staff, they advised me to contact Navigraph directly to request that the Citation X be added to the Navigraph Hub.
Hi,
We don’t have any information about an own dataset for FFX Citation X. Our understanding was that they use the MSFS dataset.
So why should we add this to the Hub?
Can you please forward us the link to this discussion?
Also, missing terminal procedures are usually scenery issues rather than aircraft issues. With SU3, there were a lot of changes, and the scenery must be fully SU3 compatible.
So, please send us the reference to this discussion with FFX so that we can verify what you/they mean.
Sorry for the late reply. The reason I’m making this request is that other third party addons, such as the PMDG 777, do not have this issue. I tested it, and all approach options were displayed correctly. This led me to believe that adding the Citation X to the Navigraph Hub might fix it. What I don’t understand is that FlightFX mentioned their aircraft use both Navigraph and MSFS data, yet the issue still occurs.
Due to the conversation was in their support center ticket, I have posted the screenshot of the conversation.
