does simbrief not import the cruising altitude and step altitude to mcdu, i enter cruise altitude myself in the init page , but does simbrief not auto do it even though it is set to auto

This is intended behavior. The Airbus MCDU (in this case) imports the lateral route however the cruise level and cost index are entered by the pilot on the INIT page and step climbs are entered manually on the vertical revision page, which is the same workflow in real life. The crew verifies this information against ACARS and enters data in themselvs.
i have question, not sure if this is an inibuild issue they can’t seem to help , when i load fuel EFB, MCU and Ecam from simbrief match, when i fly the inibuild A340 halfway i am out of fuel even on a short trip from KJFK to Kbos,
antother question, i have simbrief loaded to 11,000 feet cruise, mcdu shows 11,000 as well however when i look at the Navigation display, the constraints altitude shows like 23000, is that maybe the airac Mismatch, what can be causing the mismatch ?

The OFP looks pretty correct to me so the issue may involve be aircraft related, the usual culprit being unit conversion (LBS ↔ KGS). The A340 also has a pretty intricate fuel transfer logic, such as engines starving due to incorrectly configured transfer.
It might be worth asking iniBuilds about the issue.
An airliner like the A340 is not flown at 11 thousand feet except for flight that are so short they are almost never flown (we’re talking like, maybe a 10-minute repositioning flight).
I suspect the 23000 feet restriction comes from either the departure procedure (a.k.a. SID) or arrival procedure (a.k.a STAR) where aircraft need to be kept at a certain altitude either because of terrain or for noise abatement reasons.
To give a more specific answer, we would need to see screenshots of the MCDU F-PLN page and the navigation display, as well as your Simbrief OFP PDF file.

interesting as to why just me having this issue with fuel starvation and any other flight simmers don’t with the inibuild A340, how about the constraints? although i have 11000 cruise set up the mcdu shows 11000 but the navigation shows different constraint 23000

Because nobody flies an airliner at 11 thousand feet for the whole flight.

i know sir, it’s a short flight was testing KJFK to KPVD and KBOS , i did do 18000 heathrow to de gaulle, same issue on fuel starvation same issue on altitude constraints, i had 18000 feet but the cruise altitude was 33000 although simbrief and MCDU show 18000 feet.
