Hello. I’m trying out Charts. I can’t get a planned route to load in the aircraft and don’t really understand the purpose of this application and subscription. Can anyone enlighten me?
I’ve planned a trip. I’ve saved it to an MSFS file. IN MSFS, I’ve loaded the plan and entered the sim. In the TBM 930, the plan in the G3000 is not the one I entered, especially the selected approach. I delete the G3000 plan and renter it manually. Selecting the approach in the sim produces an entirely different set of final approach waypoints to the ones produced by Charts.
I’ve run the Navdata Centre app.
Am I:
(i) misunderstanding what this app is for, and expecting it to produce flyable plans in MSFS when it cannot (in which case, I don’t need it and can cancel the subscription)
(ii) doing something wrong?
Any advice to supplement the lack of manual would be very helpful.
