Problem with Simlink Login

Hi, since about a week i have problem with Simlink login. I have tried all workaround that i have read in the forum but nothing works for me. Problem is well known, i tried to login then a browser window appear and i enter credential. When i click “Sign In” Simlink doesn’t login and it says “You have been signed out”. After several try i receive 403 forbidden error in browser.

I have tried different browser, uninstall and reinstall of Simlink, deleted Navigraph folder.

I am not using any VPN or proxy server. My date and time is correctly and automatically aligned.

Honestly i don’t know how to resolve the problem. This issue prevent me to fully utilize Navigraph chart on my PC and iPad since i don’t have moving maps working properly.

Please let me know what i can do.

That definitely sounds like something is not working as expected.

  • Do you have the latest version of Simlink installed?
  • What is your default web browser (the one that opens when you press sign in)?

Please follow these steps to upload your Simlink logs:

  1. Open Simlink
  2. Select the Logs tab
  3. Press the Open log folder button in the bottom right
  4. In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it to your next post here!
