Problem on CJR V2

Dear Navigraph team,

I have a specific question about the following problem:

Today I started using the Aersoft CRJ V2 from Hans Hartmann on the Xbox. So far so good…the link to Navigraph worked and the map was usable. When I tried to display charts of the airports there was no content and I thought I would install the database via the EFT. Not a good idea. Since then the airplane no longer works, I get black screens and the control surfaces and landing gear no longer do what they should. The airplane is practically useless and I regret the money I paid for it.

Is the problem already known or is a solution already being worked on?

Despite deleting the airplane and the cache and reinstalling and deleting the profile of the CJR in the Navigraph Devices menu, I have no improvement and the problem persists.

Can you assist here as I know other Xbox users who are now having the same problem.

No, we are not aware of this issue. To be clear: Navigraph did not develop any part of this aircraft. We provide APIs that back the mentioned features, though!

It is up to the developer to handle things like these - we do not have any such access and/or authority. However, we will reach out to Hans and see if we can be of any help tracking down the source of the issue!

Hello again!

We have received word that the issue has been tracked down and identified! It is unrelated to Navigraph services, so signing out of Navigraph will not help.

I have been told that you will receive support from the addon developer to fix this issue. Don’t hesitate to reach out again, should you have other issues you believe to be related to Navigraph!
