PMDG777-300ER Navdata on EFB installing freezes at about 75/80%

Gentlemen of Navigraph, Bruno Galletta writing.

I having issues with PMDG 777-300ER’s EFB on Xbox Series X version of MSFS 2020. I have already he Navdata, Airac, or whatever is it up to date, but when i install the Navdata on yhat EFB it freezes at 80% about and i cannot use the current Navdta, Airac…

Tried EVERYTHING, but no success. Before about two days ago, it worked fine. Now, this issue.

So to what is owed this issue, to Navigraph or to PMDG 777?

Also please ensure that you have installed the latest version of the PMDG 777-300ER.

My thanks for your support, ah by the way, i forgot to mention that the 777 is last update.

I have the latest version of 777 installed in 2024. I tried using the hub to install latest nav data, but I get message saying the latest version is installed and in won’t install the nav data. This is a PC I’m using. Not sure what else to try.

Please can you post a screenshot of this message from the Navigraph Hub?

I’m able to install nav data using hub now. When I uninstalled the 777”s and all the wasm folders, I needed to load the planes again in 2024 to initialize again.
