It’s possible PMDG have already sent the data to Simbrief, but the main Simbrief developer hasn’t had time to add it yet.
In the meantime, you could ask on the PMDG forums if they have an airframe they can share.

PMDG has not sent a profile for the LR yet, looks like they are still working on it.
They say the default profile in SimBrief should work fine for now.
