Greetings Navigraph.
My system is Windows11, MSFS2024, AIRAC 2606, PMDG B777 All Variants 2.04.141
When selecting any FMS Approach Procedure to any destination and runway, on the legs page after the Missed Approach Procedure, the Runway Identifier re-appears again as the last FMS Waypoint, see attached screen-shots ex. from EKCH ILS RW04L and KJFK ILS RW04R. I tried a repair install of the B777-200LR, but the phenomenon continues?
I wonder if this or a similar issue has been reported, or you can recreate it on your test system, and if fix is available?
With my best regards.
Palle H. Jensen
Hi Palle,
Thanks for your report, but it seems this issue is coming from the FMC. I have checked the data, and there are no runway legs included. My assumption is that the FMC adds this information.
Please report this to PMDG. We can’t do anything here. I’m sorry.
Cheers
Richard
Hi,
I have checked all again, and it is an isolated issue on the PMDG T7
Here from the T7 (ESSA ILS01L missed approach):
… and here from the PMDG 737 (also ESSA ILS01L missed approach)
You see, in the 737, there is no runway identifier after the vectors. Both add-ons use the same database, so there is a clear issue in T7 somewhere. Please open a ticket and report it to the PMDG guys; you can reference this analysis.
Thank you very much,
Richard
Greetings Richard. Thank you very much indeed, that is what I suspect as well, probably from the last T7 update. Appreciate it.
Best regard
Palle
