PMDG 777 F not showing in Navigraph Hub

Hello all,

The PMDG 777 F is no longer showing in Navigraph Hub, however the 200 & 300 variants are there and updated to AIRAC 2510 with no problems. The same goes will all of my other aircraft.

I have tried fresh installs of the 777 F and Navigraph to no avail. Updating through the EFB has also been unsuccessful as it gets stuck at 75% even after 45 minutes. The AIRAC is stuck on 2404.

This has caused quite the headache, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Same thing here, Windows 11, FS24, PMDG 777F, AIRAC 2510 rev. 1

Navdata updated on the EFB, but the plugin is gone in Navigraph Hub.

Hi guys, should be working in Hub now. We are investigating what could be the problem with the EFB.

Are you on SU3 or SU4?

For the EFB we are in direct contact with PMDG. If you still are having problems downloading in the EFB, could you please press the refresh button and see if that helps?

Thank you for fixing this issue so quickly. I have updated to AIRAC 2510 via the Hub, which is now showing in the FMC. I have not had to use the EFB.

I was originally on SU 4, reverting back to SU 3 did not help the issue.
