PMDG 738 cannot finish install NavData in EFB

gave it multiple try and in different airports, it stuck at the same part of download and never moves…

when i thought it has got progress, it actually loops around reinstall navdata and after complete, it forever saying you dont have updata data when you come back to it

Hi Richard,

Please uninstall PMDG 738, redownload and install latest version from your PMDG account.

If still an issue, please advise platform (Windows, XBox?)

i will try that, meantime, why would i need to update navdata via EFB while I already update via NAVHUB for pmdg?

After a sleep, without doing anything to it just hop into a random airport and got out of that loop.

is this suppose to be a normal page appears after successful update?

You can update either by Hub or EFB. There are some who can only do one and not the other so both options are available.

You would still be greeted with this even if the installation was successful
