PMDG 737 not responding (MSFS 2024)

When i install the following the PMDG 737 aircraft cockpit has all black panels, aircraft is shutdown, none of the mouse controls work on any of the buttons. There is nothing I can do to start the 737 or control any of the aircraft systems. If i ‘remove’ the following, the 737 works perfectly but it cannot find any of the nav data so I cannot plan any routes etc. Please help :slight_smile:

It would appear to be similar to the following (ps, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall both the PMDG737 and also the Nav Hub, both work but as soon as I ‘install’ as above the 737 stops working completely.. - Navdata breaking the in sim marketplace version of the PMDG 737 - Navigraph Hub - Navigraph

PMDG currently recommends updating navdata via the PMDG EFB instead.
