I have running subscription with Navigraph and set all the Navigraph and Simbrief services correctly. However with the PMDG 737-600 tablet when I call up charts for any airport I get an overlay which tells me to get Navigraph Unlimited to unlock all data ,apps and services. Which is strange as I thought I was already fully signed up, any help appreciated.

thats interesting in that case I am not understanding how to login on the flight deck tablet of th PMDG 737-600. your further quidance will be a big help I have bee staring at this proble for two days and was about to give up..Regards…Chris

What seems to have happened is this:
- You created your account using your personal email and purchased a subscription
- You attempted to sign into the PMDG Tablet by pressing “Sign in with Google” - a different email address and thus a different Navigraph account.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to Navigraph
- In the left menu, press “Sign out”
- Start the simulator
- Open the PMDG tablet preferences
- Scroll down to “Navigraph authentication” and sign out
- Press “Sign in”
- You will be asked to authenticate. Instead of using your phone as the message says, follow the secondary instructions (below the QR code). You should be asked to open a URL in your browser.
- Once you navigate to the advised page, you will be asked to sign in. Do NOT use “Sign in with Google”! Instead, use your personal email address (not ending with gmail.com) and sign in using the email and password fields right below.
- When asked to grant access to your account, confirm the action.
Doing this should make things work as you expect! Let me know if you need further help.
