I’ve looked at the link and I’ve already done that process several times; even deleting the plugin and reinstalling it and starting from scratch. The strange thing is
that the Navigraph Charts website shows the data for MHPR Palmerola, while Avitab indicates “no matching airports found”. I’m simply bringing this up for your
information, in case there’s some hidden detail in the software as the chart provider and that’s causing this error; I don’t know if the same thing happens at other airports.

Hello,
Can you check to see if the solution my colleague provided works? Essentially make sure you are signing into the correct account, fully sign out and sign back in again with your subscribed Navigraph account.
