Hello, the plugin works correctly when linking with Navigraph. The letter from MHPR Palmerola Comayagua appears well on the Navigraph website. In the plugin, when writing the ICAO MHPR code, it indicates that it cannot find the information for that airport. I have to download it from the official AIP Honduras website and insert it into the plugin that has that option independent of the link with Navigraph. Where can you attach a screenshot. Can you check to see if the solution my colleague provided works? Essentially make sure you are signing into the correct account, fully sign out and sign back in again with your subscribed Navigraph account.

I’ve looked at the link and I’ve already done that process several times; even deleting the plugin and reinstalling it and starting from scratch. The strange thing is
that the Navigraph Charts website shows the data for MHPR Palmerola, while Avitab indicates “no matching airports found”. I’m simply bringing this up for your
information, in case there’s some hidden detail in the software as the chart provider and that’s causing this error; I don’t know if the same thing happens at other airports.

Hello,
You very recently, and very quickly, created and deleted a Navigraph account with an email address that is very close to your current email address. This can be quite confusing when you assume you are signing into your subscribed account.
It would be a good idea to check the “devices” list on your account and sign out of any signed in Avitab integration, as a first step for troubleshooting.
When you are happy your account subscribed account is no longer associated, re-link Navigraph on the Avitab app.
