Since this morning, I’ve noticed that when I extend my subscription, the site doesn’t show the OTP page after pressing the pay button after entering the card details. I then tried two other cards from different providers however, even then, the otp page doesn’t pop up. Assuming an error, I then tried PayPal, however, I observed that even this option was not working. Therefore, I wonder if there’s an issue with the way the website parses payment requests and I thought it warranted bringing this to your attention.
The information we have is limited however the instructions I can see relate to it being a bank account issue rather than anything to do with the Navigraph website or the cards you are using.
You will need to contact your bank in order to resolve this.
