I frequently fly VQPR, although probably haven’t in several months. Today, I attempted an X-Plane flight to VQPR and discovered that only the Airport (10-9) was available. I checked this on Navigraph Charts desktop (Mac) and also opened charts via the Web to verify.
Screenshot is for STAR. Same would occur on other tabs except TAXI where 10-9 is present.

The procedures were withdrawn about 8 months ago.
The data was added back as tailored records, but Navigraph only provides (current) real-world charts, so those are not available anymore.
Older real-world charts corresponding to the withdrawn procedures can probably be found online and saved to your computer for future use.
