Own aircraft not visible on vatsim traffic

Description of the Issue

My aircraft simply isnt showing up on vatsim traffic, my simlink is running and working but whenever i use the vatsim taffic feature my aircraft just dosent show, i see everyone but mine

it will occasionally show up then disappear

That’s on purpose, to avoid confusion: your aircraft would otherwise be depicted twice (once as VATSIM traffic, once as Simlink “traffic”) and most people will think there is a second plane very close to theirs, as opposed to a double depiction of the same aircraft.

Then why didn’t my friend also see me on the charts app?

That is not intentional, indeed; if this happens again, please make note of the date, time and location of your aircraft on VATSIM and share it here.

There may be a way to gather some logs that could help developers investigate the issue better but I do not remember the correct procedure off the top of my head, sorry.
