I have some aircraft in my hangar that use kg as unit and some that use lbs. But I have stopped counting the number of times I have generated OFPs in lbs for a plane that uses kg because the “OFP unit” always defaults to lbs even if I select an aircraft that is using kg.
It would be nice if the OFP unit changes to match the selected aircraft.
I am bringing this one up again as the new site still has this problem.

The default planning units for an airframe has been added as a separate option in the new UI. Under Airframe Info → Planning Units:
If you set the units in that option, whenever you create a new flight and select this airframe, it should set the Units option accordingly.
