Hi
I am receiving and NSIS error window whenever I try to install any executables from your website. This includes the data manager and the MSFS beta installers.
I have tried a variety of things including scanning my HD for viruses and performing a chkdsk.
I also tried to run the installers in a CMD window with the /NCRC extension… no matter what I try the NSIS error window appears.
Any Ideas?
Appreciate any response.
Thanks
Can you post a screenshot of the error message please?
Regards,
Stephen
Hi Stephen
Please See Attached.
Note: I was able to get it working by downloading the executables via another computer running an older version of win 10.
I copied them over and they installed fine.
It appears to me to be related to a windows security patch but I have not been able to find a work around.
Anyway, up and working.
Thx for getting back to me, if you find a fix, please let me know and I will try it and provide feedback. When I have a chancer I will do the same.
Cheers
John
Hi,
What Windows version are you running?
I have not seen this issue before, so it must be something interfering in your firewall or antivirus that makes the installers corrupt.

Stephen
Ok I found the culprit.
I use system mechanic version 21.3.0.12.
By disabling the “Privacy Guardian Filtering” option, the executables from Navigraph no longer provide a NSIS error and install as expected.
I had everything else off except for that one option, took a while to find
Cheers
