No Simlink connecting

Additionally, please send us the Simlink log files, which are located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/log folder.

Thanks for responding, Vishal. Hate to be such a novice, but could you please tell me where I can find that file? Looked in the simlink file and couldn’t find it. Search didnt lead anywhere.

In your file manager, please use

%APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs or c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs

I sent you the entire file directory but I got a message back that the email failed because it had too many files??
Is there a particular log file that I could send? Like the last log file?

Please follow the steps below to send us the most recent log file:

  1. Launch the Simlink application and log in with your Navigraph account.
  2. Start the flight simulator and begin your flight.
  3. Once you are done, close both the flight simulator and the Simlink application.
  4. Locate the latest Simlink log file in the following directory: %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs or C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs. Please send this file to us.
