No scratchpad content in in game panel

Hello,

I have created a scratchpad for a flight as a notepad note. This one is visible in all navigraph client (mobile, pc etc) but in the ingame panel, as well as in the efb bf page, the notepad page is present but the content is empty….

I have updated but unfortunately it does not seems solved.

Try unloading/reloading the flight plan. I was just able to see text I had added as scratchpad to a flight plan, and view the text in all Charts apps (Desktop, Cloud, iOS and EFB)

Also, what did you mean by “bf” ?

So here is the status of the panel / efb

here is the stuff in navigraph graph with three pages:

They are saved and persusted. Then when I do to the EFB, in MSFS 2024 and load, I see the three tabs, the blank page is ok, the notepad are empty

and that one is correctly synchronized

So this does not work but only for notepad sheet, not the others.

Other page that works:

So only the notrepad remain definitely blank. Also I notice that when clicking on a notepad the toolbar shortly appear like the other page and is hidden directly . You don’t have button on the right. Now in EFB, if I want to create a new notepad, it is a blank uneditable page. So the issue is not the synchronisation in fact, is just that the notepad page in the EFB is broken. You cannot edit a page there everything is removes (buttons on the right. Sorry to have confused you about the synchronization, but this is not the cause. the cause is just that the page doe snot work on my computer.

PS: I am in holidays for 3 weeks so I will not be able to perform tests before I am back.
