I’m flying from Aerosoft A320/321. In the plane on the tray is already since mind. 1 month under EFF no satellite image of Europe and Africa displayed. But Canada works. Europe and Africa there is Error I send 2 pictures, with the fault message!
Can you tell me why that’s the case? Or what am I doing wrong?

Hello! Welcome back to the Navigraph forum!
Unfortunately, it seems like you are posting in the wrong place. We did not develop the Aerosoft A320/21 EFB and it does not integrate our maps, so there is not much we can do to help you out in this case.
Perhaps you would have better luck at the Aerosoft forums?
