When the partnership between FSTL & Navigraph was advertised it worked however for the past couple of days when traffic is injected I only see static aircraft and no live traffic

If you have and are still having issues, your question is best asked with FSLTL themselves.
Check the setting right at the top when the fatl portal opens. Make sure the first two are active
