No flights at My flights

Simlink is running, I have my account used to login everywhere, conducted a number of flights (ground operations) and I can’t see my flights back in the My flights section. What goed wrong and what should I do to solve this?

Looking at the EFB in my airplane, I can see that I’m logged in (also Simbrief Dispatch) and see my location.

I don’t see any flights in your SimBrief account. Is there a possibility you have more than one account?

I also note that you had posts here last year about difficulties with your setup. Were these resolved?

Cheers

Ian

No, at Navigraph, I have only one account (domesticradar787). Yes, my older problems were solved.

Is it an idea to stop running the SimLink (I cannot access it either to get logfiles or whatever) and restart it?

Regard, Peter

Try a lesson again and at the end, send us the Simlink log file

  1. Open Simlink
  2. Select the Logs tab
  3. Press the Open log folder button in the bottom right
  4. In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it to your next post here.

Also, make sure you perform the workflow described on the lesson brief. This is under the Pre-Briefing right before you start the lesson.
Pre-Flight Checklist

  1. Make sure the lesson package is installed and that Simlink is running, see Setup Instructions.

  2. Start Microsoft Flight Simulator, go to Activities, Custom Content, and open “Level Flight & Turns”.

  3. Once you’re in the cockpit and in control, we’ll automatically detect your flight and begin tracking.

When you are finished the lesson directives, end the flight and Academy will begin analyzing the flight.

Thx for reply, I followed the instructions. However, I skipped the first row of lessons because level flying etc is for me overdone, so I started with ground operations. Is that a problem?

Further, how can I open SimLink for the logfile? Because when I want to open SimLink a window appears with ‘ SimLink is already running on your computer’…

Regards

You will need to complete all VPPL lessons in order to be awarded the VPPL license. This should be a relative breeze for you, though.

Regarding Simlink, just click the Simlink icon in your Windows taskbar, that will open up the app. Click Logs, browse to the folder, drag and drop the logfile on a reply to this post.

Okay, point taken about the flying lessons.

About SimLink, herewith the latest logfile. Further, under general it says Navigraph Simlink cannot detect a flight in your computer. Not broadcasting flight data to server.

What to do with Simlink?

simlink_2026-07-10.dlog (380 Bytes)

simlink_2026-07-08.dlog (678 Bytes)

Thanks for the logs.

So I cant see anywhere that you are signed into your account on Simlink. I would recommend verifying you are using the most updated version of this, first and foremost. The current Simlink version is 1.1.41.1805 and you can find the download for this here https://navigraph.com/downloads

I would also recommend signing out of and back into Simlink, once it is installed. This will assure both of us that the correct account is signed into.

Then try the Academy lesson.

It works, thx for the support

Great to hear that! Thanks a lot for letting us know.

Enjoy the course!
