No Charts in the PC24 via EPIC2 plugin, but in the PC12 it works

What I expected to happen.

When I click on the display button “CHARTS” I’ll expect to open a new window for chart selection in the EPIC 2 Display in the PC 24, same as in the PC12 works.

What actually happened

I’ll get no Charts displayed on the screen in the PC24. I already checked the navigraph hub, the plugin installation, the correct login and so on. All ist actual and correct. I click in the PC12 on the Charts-Button in the EPIC2 - everythings works fine, but in the PC24 I’ll get no reaction by clicking the CHARTS button. What is wrong?

There was a recent Update to the Avionics Plugin 2 v 1.1.1. Try reinstalling.

and now Pic 5 shows my trouble in the PC24: nothing happens when clicking on the Charts button

Hello everybody,
I’ve got it! it was my fault. I had still the aircraft-version from FS2020 in use. The version of 2024 aircraft was deactivated. Now I activated the FS2024-version and now everything works fine. Thanks anyway…
