No chart panning in in-game panel

I just posted a regression report for VR In-Game panel, and then I realised that I might be also happening in 2D (non-VR). Indeed this regression is also affecting the 2D view:

While it is still possible to drag and pan with mouse the overall maps, it’s not longer possible to drag and pan with mouse the Jeppesen charts. Anytime when you want to zoom on a part of the chart you must unzoom to the entire chart page view and the zoom on a particular part of the chart. You can’t just move the chart with the mouse.

This regression was probably introduced with the Rogers Data maps.

My original report in the VR section, sorry for double posting, but I fly only in VR so it took me a while to realise that this regression may be also affecting 2D view:

I am seeing this as well and it was either the Roger charts integration or the SU4 hotfix releases as this was working fine all through SU4 beta. The only way to drag and pan on charts is to use the overlay feature on the map. Otherwise if you bring a chart up on its own you can no longer click, drag, and pan around the chart.
