No automatic runway selection from SimBrief export

Hi

I’ve noticed that runways are preselected when I import a simbrief route.
How can that be avoided? The “Optional Entries” offers no “not selected” choice in the simbrief app, in case that is the root cause.
Now I must start by deselect, then select and get the available runways to chose from.

I created a similar topic (same name as this one except for “again”) 2023 as the SID and STARS were included and think it was solved by the chioce to generate a specific “noProc” Fplan in the export app.

Hello,

Do you mean that you would rather the option of selecting a different runway after importing the SimBrief flight to Charts? or another add-on? For charts, you do have the option to select a different runway once imported.

Thanks a lot for clarifying. This is something that is not currently possible, however its definitely worth having as a Wishlist item.

I have moved this topic there so we can see if this drums up votes.

Maybe there could be a button somewhere to reset all procedures (runways, SID, Star, approach) with a single “click”? Just thinking out loud.

Not a bad idea! I guess clearing those checkboxes should be pretty simple
