NGFMSManager.exe continues to run after shutdown

Title says it all really. This is repeatable every time.

In Windows 10, Data Manager v 1.8.14.0130.

  1. Start the FMS data manager.
  2. Close the FMS data manger.
  3. See in task manager that NGFMSManager.exe is still running.

BTW, would also be nice to have an option to enable/disable the agent. I don’t want this running at all, and I have to manually stop it.
