Hi…,
Looks like you are referring to the Navigraph Charts In-Game Panel for MSFS.
You start this by clicking on the icon in the MSFS taskbar:
You are then given a sign in screen. You can scan the QR code with a smartphone or tablet.
Otherwise note the approval code in 2, use a browser to go to Navigraph and enter the approval code there.
