So I moved my community folder to another location and all is well except now when I use the Navigraph updater there is no way to choose the directory path for install to the new folder location - so I can’t update the Navigraph items. Please please give me a work around. Anyone ?

The Hub automatically identifies the new community path during the startup of the SIM.
How have you moved the community folder?
