Navigraph Size in EFB

I’m not sure if its something I have done but now, when I open Navigraph from within the EFB everything is very small, in fact so small I can’t see if there is a setting to increase the text size. I can zoom in on the map but the summay panels are tiny.

Are you using the Steam or the store version of the simulator? Could you provide a screenshot?

If you have the Store version, please follow these steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type the following and press “Ok”
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-chartsapp\work
  1. Delete the datastore.dat file
  2. Start the simulator. Does the issue persist?

Let me know if you need instructions for the Steam version instead!

Here are the full steps for both install types:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type the following and press enter:
Store Edition 
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-chartsapp
Steam Edition 
%appdata%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-chartsapp
  1. An Explorer window should open, showing a directory with several files and a work folder. Delete this folder and restart the simulator

I did what you suggested… However, there is no folder labelled “work”..

That would indicate that the addon has never been started. Here is what you should see:

Per your screenshot, you have ended up at this path:

%appdata%/Microsoft

Could you follow the same steps again, and on step #3 type this instead - including the quotes:

"%appdata%/Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024/WASM/MSFS2020/navigraph-efb-chartsapp"

Maybe small detail… I do not have MSFS 2024…

Then there has been a misunderstanding. The title of this topic mentions the EFB - which only exists in 2024.

Could you provide a screenshot of your issue?

@pks1414 Could you clarify whether you are referring to the MSFS 2024 EFB or something else?

Hi, I always considered the OIS screen as the EFB of the A350. I have MSFS2020, and it refers to the OIS of the A350.
I have already provided 2 screenshots on the issue..

Ah! Thank you for the clarification. This is not the EFB mentioned in this topic. It is also not maintained or developed by Navigraph - see your other topic for more details. Depending on your issue, it might be worth reaching out to them!

You have not. In the context of this topic, you have provided screenshots of your file explorer.

Is it possible that you have accidentally mixed up two different topics? I see your latest response was by email, so the context you have access to may be limited. This topic is dedicated to @pks1414 original question and potential issue regarding the Charts EFB app (or in-game panel, yet to be determined) - not the A350 OIS.

You have another topic open where you asked about the “route on top of map” feature in the A350 OIS. Maybe you mixed these topics up a bit?

If you do have an issue with size in the A350 OIS - please do one of the following:

  • Create a new topic dedicated to your issue. Include screenshots of the issue itself, inside the simulator. We’ll take a look, and possibly forward to iniBuilds if there is an issue. We can’t do any changes, we did not develop the OIS.

  • Reach out to iniBuilds directly for help. They can make changes, as they are the developers behind the OIS.
