Navigraph/Simbrief keeps defaulting to a previous flight plan Can not delete it. Even though I have deleted it on the website. I have create a new plan when I view the new flight prior to loading in MSFS 2020 the old one reappears. Essentially this is making my monthly subscription useless to me.
Are you sure you are Generating the plan? The Generated plan is the one loaded into your aircraft.

Good day, Ian
I’m not sure as I just began using the product a week ago. All I know is that I had created the KJFK to KCLE flight plan in Navigraph, in MSFS 2020, flew the flight but did not land at KCLE and now I have the issue that even though I did delete the first plan and created a new one, the original still repopulates when I try to save to the MCDU. As I said the program is useless to me at this point as it keeps loading the KCLE plan.
I really appreciate your assistance as I don’t know where to go from here. I have contacted support and their suggestion did not work either, in fact I couldn’t even find the functionality they suggested I use.

Hi Rob,
After you create or edit a flight plan, you need to press the Generate Flight button. Only then will this plan be loadable into your aircraft.

Thank you Ian that worked well. But…. Isn’t there always a but? Anyway, I generated the new plan and exported it to MSFS 2020 and this new plan was populated on the main screen. However, and there always seems to be an however also, it did not populate into the MCDU. What am I doing wrong now sir?
Congrats on Long Island, NY

Attached please find a screen shot showing the in-plane MCDU problem of which my previous email addressed.
Thanks again for all your help Ian.

Hi Rob,
The way you load a Simbrief plan into the FMC/MCDU depends on which aircraft. Some use EFB as well. Please advise which aircraft.
