Am I able to use navigraph on my apple airbook as a second monitor for fs2020 ?

Welcome.

On a MacBook Air you can install Charts for macOS . Do NOT install Simlink on the MacBook Air. You install Simlink on your MSFS machine only.

You then should have Charts with Moving Map on your MacBook Air.
