Navigraph not updating in PMDG 777 300ER

I do not know how to fix this issue. This is on the PMDG 777 300 ER. I have tried multiple solutions to no avail. It seems AI and blogs have no real solutions. I cannot tell if this is a PMDG or Navigraph issue. I would just like more info to solve this. I uninstalled the hub and it applied a new update on re-installation but the error still persists.

Welcome.

Using PMDG OC3, check you have PMDG 777-300ER V 2.04.130 or later for MSFS 2024 or V 2.00.130 or later for MSFS 2020.

If still a problem updating Navigraph Navigation Data in EFB, try updating via the Navigraph Hub outside the Sim.
