Navigraph made a new Community Folder

Hi there I `ve made a new install of MSFS2024 and now the Navigrapg installation made a new Community Folder into the normal Community Folder, whats going wrong, how can I change?

Hi,
That’s not normal behavior. It looks like a configuration issue on your system.

Can you upload a screenshot of this? Also, could you please upload your useropt.cfg file so we can check it?

Also, do you speak from MSFS2020 or 2024? What have you updated?

Thank you!

  1. Delete the additional community-folder please.
  2. Un-Install the Hub
  3. Re-start your PC
  4. check, if all files from the Hub are deleted/uninstalled, open the file-explorer, enter %appdata% look for the folder called navigraph-hub. If the folder exists, please delete this folder
  5. Install the Hub again
  6. Re-start your PC
  7. Open the Hub and try the updates again please
