I’m posting this because I encountered a issue with navigraph on IPad keep loading for a long period of time whereas usually it takes a couple of seconds to load, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, disconnected and reconnected twice also and the iOS version of my tablet which is updated and I don’t know how to fix it
I am using iPad os 18.6 with the latest navigraph chart version. I find out that it always happens at around 0:00 to 03:00 utc time. Do you normally do server maintenance at around that time. This is the time when I fly most often. It is disappointing that navigraph cannot provide the chart when I needed the most given that I paid a premium for the subscriptions and the price has gone up drastically over the year. The server provided is just not acceptable.
We constantly monitor server health and make announcements when health drops or global services become unavailable. We don’t perform maintenance in a fashion where it would disturb your experience.
It is highly likely that either a VPN, firewall or your ISP is affecting services between these specific times. Also, we are not seeing any reports from other users that services are affected between certain times.
Start with your router first, my advice would be to check its logs between the times you suggest.
