Navigraph Hub won't launch on my PC

Hi,

Since 01/07/2026, Navigraph Hub no longer launches on my PC. When I click the icon, [describe what happens — e.g. nothing appears, the window flashes and closes, it stays stuck on the loading screen, an error message pops up].

System info:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Simulator: MSFS 2024

What I’ve already tried:

  • Restarted the PC
  • Reinstalled Hub (download from navigraph.com)
  • Ran it as administrator
  • Checked antivirus/firewall isn’t blocking it

The issue persists. Any help would be appreciated.

What was the error message that popped up? A screenshot would be very helpful.

Also, please send us the Navigraph Hub logs so we can investigate.

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

I don’t have anything in this document. Sorry, I can’t give you any more information.

I just realized the problem is that hardware acceleration (GPU) is causing Navigraph Hub to crash on your PC. It’s a driver/graphics card

issue.
