I’ve had this isssue for a while, i’ve tried fixes other people have been told to try on here, someone said the reinstall of the sim helped, for me it hasn’t, nothing has worked for me. please help.
Hi,
Can you explain, what you have tried please?
Also can you upload the main.log file here please. Copy and paste this %appdata%\navigraph-hub\logs into your windows explorer and you should see the main.log file.
Thank you very much,
Richard
my fenix a320 stuck on updating throught the navigraph Hub, and also importing the flight plan in the fenix EFB from simbrief stopped working, it says error loading simbrief, i have the latest AIRAC in MCDU and simbrief and all navigraph hub updated. Except fenix A320 keep saying updting for past hour
main.log (2.9 KB) Heres the log, i’ve tried turning off the windows antivirus, adding the hub to the exclusion, reinstalled multiple times, synced my windows time, pretty much every “fix” i found
Hi,
Thanks for the log file. It seems that something is blocking the Hub because we don’t see any connection, only the start …
Could you try to make a connection via mobile phone, and can you try it again, please? It could be that the ISP blocks IPs/groups (we can’t see it); the suggestion is to use a mobile connection for testing.
Cheers
Richard
main.log (3.4 KB)I’ve tried connecting via my mobile hotspot, disconected my ethernet cable and ran only on the hotspot, still nothing, this is the log.
Thanks - looks very strange.
Which sim do you use? And do you use addon-linker or similar tools? Do you use a standard (XBox or Steam) installation or have you changed/moved some folders …
Cheers
Richard
I am on MSFS2024, i dont use any addon linker or similar tools and it’s a standard xbox instalaltion, no changes to the folders
Thanks, I have forwarded this posting to our Hub devs - possibly they have any further idea … It´s the weekend, so please be patient - thank you!
Cheers,
Richard
Roger, thank you for your help.
Hello,
Welcome to Navigraph Support.
Thank you for providing the log files and screenshot. Since you have already gone through the troubleshooting steps and the issue is still not resolved, could you please check if any VPN or proxy settings are enabled? If so, please disable them and try again.
Let us know the results.
Thank you!

Hello, sorry for the late response, i’ve checked this multiple times, i don’t use any VPN’s and i made sure any proxy settings are disabled if they were enabled, still no luck.

Few things to try here @Aviacedd
- Uninstall Navigraph Hub
- Delete these two folders (if they still exist)
- Press Windows Key + R → %APPDATA%\navigraph-hub
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Navigraph Hub
- Download a fresh copy of Hub via http://navigraph.com/downloads
- Install and run Hub and see if this resolves
Worst case scenario, a similar issue was resolved when that user reinstalled MSFS2024.
Before that, though, it would be worth checking the MSFS2024 UserCfg.opt, open it in notepad or some other text editor and search for InstalledPackagesPath
Did everything in your response, still no luck, i have already reinstalled MSFS2024 to no luck as well.
Hello,
Could you please send us the latest main.log file?
To obtain a new version of the log, please delete the existing main.log file and then start the Navigraph Hub Application. After that, copy and paste the following path into your Windows Explorer: %appdata%\navigraph-hub\logs. You should be able to find the new main.log file there.
Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you for providing the logs and details.
As we discussed, here are the specifics regarding the issue and its resolution:
Issue:
After uninstalling MSFS 2020 from your system, the community folder still exists at the following location:
C:\Users\**USERNAME**\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community
When you start the Navigraph Hub, it detects this empty folder and attempts to retrieve package details, which causes it to get stuck on the loading page since no valid packages are found.
Solution:
Please delete the empty MSFS 2020 folder mentioned above and then check the Navigraph Hub again. It should function normally after that.
If you encounter any further issues with Navigraph products, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you!
Best Regards,
