Using MSFS2020 (Steam) and PMDG 738
Navigraph Hub all show installed / up to date.
On sim the FMC is still showing nav out of date. Also the flight tablet does not show the function to update nav data as I’ve seen whilst watching how to update.
I think this is going to be a case of it’s installing but sim isn’t finding it / its in the wrong location?
any suggestions where to look, what to do to resolve?
In the MSFS 2020 737-800 EFB, General Preferences, scroll to bottom and sign in Navigraph Authentication.
In EFB Navigation Data Update choose to Reinstall NavData. You should now see update AIRAC details:

In addition to Ian’s answer, please be sure that you are using the latest PMDG version (see Ian’s last screenshot - PMDG FMC - OP PROGRAM to compare).
