I just purchased a Navigraph subscription. I downloaded and installed the Navigraph Hub and went through the process of installing all but the lesson plugins. The only problem is that while the necessary folders and files were installed in the Community Folder, MSFS 2024 isn’t picking anything up. When I look at the packages in the MSFS store, I have a similar number installed with no name or version number and all show disabled. I’ve checked permissions on the Community folder and the Userconfig file and all are correct. I had previously installed SimBrief and that works within the EFB but it is listed twice in the MSFS store library. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
I think I finally figured out what the issue is: All the Folders installed for the plugins are completely empty. It’s nothing but a folder structure with ZERO content. How do I get the files?
So after spending hugely frustrating day trying to get the Navigraph plugins to install, i’m no farther along than I was this morning. I deleted and reinstalled the Navigraph Hub and then re-ran the installs. This time I got files along with the folder structure, but MSFS 2024 (and MSFS Addons Linker) CANNOT read the manifest.json. The file also cannot be opened in Notepad++. What’s also strange is that the Hub app will show the items installed until the window loses focus and then everything goes back to “Install.”
Here is a screenshots of what MSFS 2024 Store shows for the Navigraph plugins. i’m also including the Navigraph Hub log file.

Hi,
I am not sure how you identified that all these entries in your screenshot come from us. The Navigraph checkbox is disabled, and no search filter is on. So that entries can be all …
What I see in your log files:
Can you confirm that your community folder is located in this path?
E:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-2722526848-3322819428-1976648409-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community
Further, when yes, can you confirm that you have full rights to this path?
I ask because it looks a little strange, but anything is possible. We have seen so many strange installations that this one could also be valid.
Cheers
Richard
When I uninstall the Navigraph plugins, those entries in the Marketplace disappear.
I have my game files stored on the E drive. That said, I checked the path that you found in the log and it does contain a mirror image of the files and folders in the Packages folder of the appdata folder on my C drive user account. I didn’t create the files on the E drive. As you can see from the screenshot, some of the plugins have symbolic links, others do not. Also, should I be able to view the contents of the manifest.json files?
I was finally able to get the plugins to install and they are all functioning. It was necessary to uninstall and reinstall MSFS 2024 and then move the Community folders to another drive. Once I did that, the plugins installed without issue.
Question: If i wanted to, could the Navigraph plugins be moved to another folder and then activated by MSFS Addons Linker? There should be a function in the Hub utility that allows for installing these plugins to another drive.
