As per the topic, I am not able to get anything from Navigraph Hub regarding pmdg 737. I did not update windows nor modify files. 2 days ago, everything was fine. Only today seems not working.

To clarify: What simulator are you using?
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the aircraft.
As far as we are aware, the 737 has been updated to support installation of navigation data through the EFB tablet in the cockpit. Have you tried this method?
I tried to install the latest Airac via the EFB, but the process gets stuck. Specifically talking about the 737-700 since the -600, -800 and -900 can be updated via the Navigraph Hub where the 737-700 is not visible in the Hub.
Thank you for the update! I take it that you are using MSFS 2020 then, since the aircraft does not officially support 2024?

Yes, i have the same issue. Bur now i see the options again for pmdg 700. Thats a little bit strange.

Yes I do have msfs2020 and it’s pmdg 737-700.
I will try updating it tomorrow through EFB in the simulator
Apparently it’s working again. Navigraph HUB recognizes now. Thanks for the tec team.
