I am having issues with the navigraph data from the hub with all my aircraft causing stutters every 1-2 seconds. The navigraph data is somehow causing stutters in my sim on msfs24. Once i remove the navigraph data from my communityfolder the stutters are gone. This happens with the fenix, fslabs, a350 and ifly max as far as i have tested.

Thanks for your posting, and welcome to Navigraph.
After your detailed report, the MSFS navdata will not be used in all these add-ons. All these addons use their own databases, so when you remove the MSFS navdata, you don’t touch the addons.
So, when the add-on data is the case, you will see the stuttering with and without removing the MSFS data. In nearly all cases, a bad package is the culprit (not 100% compatible with MSFS2024, wrong loading order, …).
Therefore, try to move all other packages out of your community folder, excluding both navigraph-base/jepp packages. I’m pretty sure you will not see any stuttering any longer. When it’s still stuttering, check your hardware and anti-virus (excluding the MSFS folder, …).
I hope that helps, but we would see many more such reports when the data is the culprit. It isn’t particular.

I testet with only the “navigraph base/jepp” and the “navigraph navbase” files but the stutters came back again. Had to remove them. So something is not right here. I do not have antivirus activated either. MSFS folder and addon folders are also excluded already.
Yes, you are right; something is odd on your system. Please upload your content.xml file and a screenshot of your community folder.
I assume you are on SU2. Is this assumption correct?
Also, can you upload two short videos, where we can see the stutter and one without the stutter? Best case, same scenario …
