I currently have an active Navigraph Unlimited subscription, but I am unable to use the Navigraph Hub on my PC.
In the Hub, instead of showing “Update” or “Install” for the MSFS 2020 AIRACs and packages, it displays “Subscribe”. My subscription status on the Navigraph website is ACTIVE, and both Navigraph Charts (browser/mobile) and SimBrief work completely fine with this account.
When I reinstall the Hub, it bypasses the login step and opens directly to the dashboard with this issue. Clicking “Subscribe” takes me to the website where I am already logged in with my active account.
Could you please check my account authentication token or force a sync on your end?
This is likely because you have three Navigraph accounts, and have logged into a non subscribed account.
Note the login details of your subscribed account.
At Devices please sign out of all Navigraph apps and services.
Log out of any Navigraph services, including Simlink, SimBrief, andCharts. Uninstall Hub. In your browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.), clear the cache of any Navigraph service, or better, clear the cache generally.
I followed all the steps: logged out of all devices, uninstalled the Hub, cleared the browser cache completely, restarted the PC, and reinstalled the Hub.
However, the issue remains exactly the same. Furthermore, when I open the freshly installed Navigraph Hub, it does not even ask me to log in. It bypasses the login screen completely and goes straight to the dashboard displaying “Subscribe” next to the AIRACs.
It seems the app is somehow retrieving a cached or wrong token automatically without letting me authenticate. Could you please check my account on your end or help me force a complete re-authentication?
