Servus,
First of all, welcome to Navigraph … Just as a side note: I´m also an Austrian, and I understand your question, but this is an English forum, so we should use English as the communication language here.
I will translate it so that everyone can understand it:
You have an issue with the Hub, where every time you press the “Install” button, the button changes back from “Remove” to “Install,” even though the data is installed.
May I ask a few questions:
- Do you speak from MSFS2020 or MSFS2024
- Do you speak from the MSFS data or from any addon data
- … and lastly, how have you identified that the data are installed?
Danke & liebe Grüße aus Wien → in die Steiermark
Richard
Hi Richard… oh sorry,
I thought I had posted the English translation…
I mean FS2024.
I'm talking about the AIRAC data.
I deleted the navigraph-nav-base and navigraph-nav folders from the community directory, and they were recreated after installation with the date 07.05.2026.
Ok, and the INSTALL button goes to REMOVE and then back to INSTALL? Is that correct?
Cheers,
Richard

yes… but i dont know, is the 07.05.2026 the last ???
ebenso cheers, Gerhard
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the hub yesterday…
Ja, Gerhard, the date is the current cycle’s date; that looks ok …
You can also do a check in MSFS2024 → Marketplace → Library:
… but the main question is, why does the button not stay on “REMOVE”?
Two requests:
- Please upload your
UserCfg.opt file so that we can check it
- Please upload your Hub log file please, so that we can also check it
You find the log file:
%APPDATA%\navigraph-hub\Logs
Thank you,
Richard
UserCfg.opt (4.1 KB)
main.log (459.3 KB)
Thank you so much for trying to help me so quickly!
Gerhard
…the two AIRAC entries are not in my Marketplace. However, the correct time period is displayed at the very end of the AIRACCycle.bgl file.
Gruß Gerhard
Guten Morgen Gerhard,
When you don’t see the packages in your library, they are not loaded. Could it be that your community folder is not correct?
Can you post your path to the community folder, please?
Cheers
Richard
Guten Morgen!!!
The path is correct; all airports and aircraft are being loaded… but I’m letting the simulator recreate the folder right now and will report back on whether it worked…
Here’s the path: C:\Users.…\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community
Gruß Gerhard
Dear Richard,
After several hours of copying, I proudly announce: Rebuilding the Community folder has solved the problem. The two Airack windows are now displayed in the Marketplace, and the Hub has also remembered the changes and displays “REMOVE” again even after a restart.
Thank you for your efforts!
Best regards to Vienna

Great, danke Gerhard …
Schönes Wochenende
