Navigraph Hub 1.2.24 - Crash renderer

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with Navigraph Hub that persists despite several troubleshooting attempts.

Navigraph Hub version: 1.2.24

Error encountered: “MainWindow renderer crashed, reason: killed, exitcode: 1073807364”

Symptom: the Hub crashes consistently. Before the crash, only the Simulator Base Packages were visible (no add-on section appeared to update the AIRAC navdata for my FBW A32NX aircraft).

Troubleshooting already attempted, without success:

  • Full uninstall and reinstall of the Hub
  • Confirmed graphics driver is up to date
  • Launching the app as administrator
  • Forcing OpenGL rendering to my dedicated GPU (RTX 5080) via the NVIDIA control panel

Could you help me resolve this issue, or confirm whether this is a known bug in this version?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards

Please try

  • Close Navigraph Hub
  • Uninstall Navigraph Hub
  • Delete %AppData%\Navigraph-Hub
  • Download and install Navigraph Hub

Cheers

Ian

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the previous suggestion. To clarify the actual issue:

FMS Data Manager only supports FS9/FSX/FSX Steam/P3D - MSFS2024 and the FBW A32NX aren’t available there at all (no MSFS2024 path option, no results when searching for “A32NX” or “FlyByWire”). I understand this is expected, since that tool isn’t meant for MSFS.

The actual issue is with the Hub itself: it only displays the Simulator Base Packages (all already installed), with no add-on section, settings, or paths menu visible anywhere in the interface - even after a full uninstall/reinstall following your instructions.

Could you confirm how I’m supposed to access add-on navdata management for MSFS2024 (specifically for the FBW A32NX) in the Hub? Is there a specific menu or view I might be missing, or does this require a different subscription tier?

Thanks again for your help.

Best regards

The FBW A32NX uses the Simulator’s default data.

For Navigraph subscribers, you update using the Base Package Navigraph AIRAC Cycle …

If you have them, some aircraft use the Add-On packages accessed by scrolling down in Navigraph Hub:
