Navigraph FMS Data Manager

Hello All,
I have been a member of Navigraph for quite some time but today i tried to open the Data Manager and i get put to the password and email window i input the password and get an error code 499 it then disappears i input the email and password again and nothing happens, i have uninstalled and reinstalled and my subscription does not run out till April 2021.
Any help would be much appreciated.
