Navigraph FMS Data Manager login failed

Good day,

Iam trying to login on Navigraph Data Manager and i get an error “your email or password is incorrect”.

Please advise!

Please check your password doesn’t have any special characters.

The problem still continues. I changed my password and contains one special character. Find attached screenshot.
