Navigraph fms data manager (32 bit) doesn't stop

Hello.
“Navigraph fms data manager (32 bit)” doesn’t stop and still working in task manager after an update. It cost 25% of CPU load. I’m using Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809, and the only solution for now is to end process manually.
Navigraph FMS Manager version is v 1.8.14.0130 for windows
