Navigraph desktop crashes after latest msfs 2020 update I am using DX11 my navigraph Version: 8.38.3 msfs2020 version:1.39.9.0

I am using my latest driver

I click the fly button and after 1-2 seconds of entering the cockpit or immediately after I tab+alt the navigraph, it crashes and this is the error message. It happens even when my graphics card is not under any strain and it is at 40 degrees. Do you have a solution? I have been suffering from this problem for 3-5 days and my hands are shaking because I haven’t been flying (;

This time it closed on the main page before I even entered the cockpit. This problem is really bad. Do you have any other solutions?

This happens when you use the Charts Cloud as Ian mentioned?

Yes, it happened when I used Charts Cloud, the home page closed before I entered the cockpit.

The error is an issue on your machine.

Please search the internet for “dxgi_error_device_hung”.

For example, at Google Search there are suggestions to update graphics driver, update Windows, Change in-game settings, disable Antivirus/Firewall, or PC performance boosters, etc
