Would you mind providing some examples? That way, we can try to reproduce the scenario. Everything should be in working order now, no sceneryindexes or renaming workarounds needed.
I seem to have fixed my issue. I just deactivated and reactivated in the 2024 library tab and it seems to have restored the missing data
